The Key to Prop (also referred to as the “Company” provides you (“you” or the “Member”) with a limited permission to use the services (the “Services”) offered by the Company subject to, among others, to the Refund Policy contained herein (the “Policy”). After a cleared monetary transaction is made based on one of our challenges and the related simulated trading Platform, you will receive a confirmation email with the login details to access the dedicated Platform for simulation trading purposes. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given.

Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the membership area and any trading platform accessibility.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not proceed with any monetary transaction order within the Company’s and its Partner’s environments.
